In May 2005, Sauce Magazine explored the fascinating community that contributes to each bottle of Bethlehem Valley wine.

Colorado Wine News
The January-March 2005 edition of Colorado Wine News reported that the 2002 Bethlehem Valley Chardonel, "Opens with oak and cream introducing slightly tart flavors of apple and lemon peel."

The same edition wrote that the 2001 Cynthiana "...has big, intense, forward aromas of baked cherry..." and is "well-balanced, structured and integrated...very nice."

Wine Spectator
Our 2002 and 2001 Norton (then called Cynthiana) were given ratings of 87 and 85, respectively, in the October 2004 edition of Wine Spectator.

St. Louis Post-Dispatch
In August 2004 a feature article appeared in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch about Connie and Dan Burkhardt and the farm and vineyards they have built.
